An Invitation to Support Renewal, Inclusivity, and Re-Imagining of the Church through
Roman Catholic Womenpriests-USA

You are invited to become one of a growing number of supporters of Roman Catholic Womenpriests (RCWP-USA, Inc.), a 501(c)3 non-profit religious organization whose mission is to bring about the full equality of women in the Roman Catholic Church while creating a new model of Priestly Ministry.

Roman Catholic Womenpriests-USA does not perceive itself as a counter-current movement against the Roman Catholic Church. It wants neither a schism nor a break from the Roman Catholic Church, but rather wants to work positively within the Church.

Your tax free contribution will help to nourish our growth and sustain our development in the following ways:

  • Preparing candidates for ordination
  • Underwriting ordination events and activities
  • Assisting candidates with related ordination costs, based on need
  • Developing ministerial, educational, social justice and outreach programs
  • Producing publications and educational materials
  • Providing financial start-up support for the various ministries
    of our ordained Womenpriests/deacons
  • Maintaining our website:

If you are unable to offer financial support at this time please remember Roman Catholic Womenpriests in your prayers. Thank you.

Dear Friend of Roman Catholic Womenpriests-USA

RCWP-USA topped 100 womenpriests in 2016! Our sense of accomplishment grows with the number of women ordained in just ten years. The current count worldwide is 232 members with the United States boasting the most.

The Spirit and your support have brought us to this milestone.
We were raised not to brag, but think you should hear about this. Most of those ordained accomplished this while still employed and supporting families. Many finished master's degrees in theology or divinity as part of the program of preparation; all paid for this themselves. Some lost their jobs within the Roman Catholic Church as a direct result of following their call to priesthood.

This year we had younger women join our movement, giving us great hope for the future. We live a new model for ministry and service. We minister to the marginalized in rural communities and in cities. Ministries vary widely, but all focus on justice for women, the poor and a renewed, inclusive church.

We invite you to pray for our cause and support us as you are able. Please tell others seeking a spiritual base in the Roman Catholic tradition about us. Visit for more information about our worshiping communities and like us on Facebook.

We thank you for all donations of time, talent and money. These help our movement grow. As new candidates join us, they benefit from your gifts. They are aware that you walk with them to fulfill their calling to the priesthood.
